We are open Mondays to Saturdays 9am – 5pm. Want to visit on a Sunday? Please call or email us in advance.

Please call or< email us in advance so we can make sure that it is a suitable time to visit.

Whilst we really do appreciate the interest we receive, we are inundated with volunteer requests on an almost daily basis. What we really need are people who want to become involved in SFT on a long-term basis, helping us with a range of tasks. For now, we are only accepting visits to the sanctuary from volunteers who have shown a longer-term commitment. If this is something you are happy to do, please get in contact and we’ll invite you to our volunteer Facebook group.

While we would love to help every single animal in Morocco we are a very small team and already struggle to cover the cases we already receive. Search for a rescue local to your location and whatever you do, please DO NOT WALK AWAY. Take the animal to a vet to receive the help it so desperately needs. We must work together to end the suffering.

NO. We cannot have any non-vaccinated animal brought into the sanctuary. We cannot risk the health of our animals. Please take the animal immediately to get medical treatment. You can take the animal to our vet, Dr Lahrech Chakib (Quartier California, next to Souk Dradeb) but you MUST call first + 212 (0) 661-169 768‬.

We already struggle to cover our costs so please leave a donation to contribute towards the bill. We must work together to end the suffering.

Firstly, please try and find a way to get the animal to a vet. DO NOT WALK AWAY. If there is no way that you can do this we will do our very best to help, but only if the animal is in Tangier. Please get in contact with us with a description of the animal (a photo too if possible) and the location. If we can help, we always will. We must work together to end the suffering.

NO. We cannot have any non-vaccinated animal brought into the sanctuary. We cannot risk the health of our animals. You need to take the litter to our vet, along WITH the mother of the litter. Without the mother the litter has only a small chance of survival.

We are happy to help cover the costs to neuter and vaccinate your animal/s to prevent any more unwanted litters as well as support you to find a loving home for each. However, we all have a duty of care to these animals and will need you to work with us to do this.

NO. We are at full capacity at the sanctuary. Please do your very best to find the animal a new loving home. We are happy to support you in doing this. Just email us to explain your situation and we will do all we can to help.
